LCN15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCN15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-176P, RPL23AP90, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with LCN15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN15-to-partner and partner-to-LCN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-176P grouped by LCN15-low versus LCN15-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
