Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCN10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LCN10 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher LCN10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCN10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PAAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where LCN10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
