LCN10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCN10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIMS4, MAGED2, and KLF5. Each is linked with LCN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN10-to-partner and partner-to-LCN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
