LCMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST5, PRSS58, and CCDC185. Each is linked with LCMT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCMT2-to-partner and partner-to-LCMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST5 grouped by LCMT2-low versus LCMT2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
