Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCMT1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LCMT1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LCMT1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCMT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, COAD, and GBM are the cancer types where LCMT1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
