Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,779 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBFD1, PARN, and THUMPD1. Each is linked with LCMT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCMT1-to-partner and partner-to-LCMT1 results are reported.
