LCMT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,845 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBFD1, LINC02175, and ANKS3. Each is linked with LCMT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCMT1-to-partner and partner-to-LCMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
