LCLAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCLAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,178 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCLAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CG, GNGT2, and CD37. Each is linked with LCLAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCLAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LCLAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCLAT1 versus PIK3CG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCLAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCLAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
