LCLAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCLAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCLAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY12P, KHDC1P1, and MIR4774. Each is linked with LCLAT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCLAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LCLAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY12P grouped by LCLAT1-low versus LCLAT1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCLAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCLAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
