Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCLAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,569 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCLAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol acyl-chain remodeling, Cardiolipin metabolic process, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with LCLAT1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCLAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LCLAT1 results are reported.
