Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LCK data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher LCK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where LCK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
