LCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5, ZMYND10-AS1, and OR8B10P. Each is linked with LCK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCK-to-partner and partner-to-LCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
