LCK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,316 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL23A, ST14, and CD79A. Each is linked with LCK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCK-to-partner and partner-to-LCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
