LCE3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCE3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLD2, CLPB, and DAPK1. Each is linked with LCE3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE3A-to-partner and partner-to-LCE3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
