Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCE1E RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LCE1E data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LCE1E RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCE1E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LGG show a favorable association.

HNSC, KIRP, and LGG are the cancer types where LCE1E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
