Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCE1E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LCE1E data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LCE1E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCE1E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and STAD are the cancer types where LCE1E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
