LCAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,646 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, SPCS3, and NUTF2. Each is linked with LCAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCAT-to-partner and partner-to-LCAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
