LCAT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,021 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, SERPINE1, and MMP19. Each is linked with LCAT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCAT-to-partner and partner-to-LCAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
