LCA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,475 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, ARL3, and CLPX. Each is linked with LCA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCA5 versus MAP1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
