LCA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,462 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02840, SEC61GP1, and SNORA70H. Each is linked with LCA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02840 grouped by LCA5-low versus LCA5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
