LCA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,088 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF146, CCDC186, and PHIP. Each is linked with LCA5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCA5 versus RNF146 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
