LBR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,482 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKB, NCAPH, and DNA2. Each is linked with LBR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBR-to-partner and partner-to-LBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LBR versus AURKB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
