Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LBP data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LBP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, HNSC, and ACC are the cancer types where LBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
