LBHD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LBHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,487 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPPLY3, MAP10, and SPEM3. Each is linked with LBHD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBHD2-to-partner and partner-to-LBHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LBHD2 versus RIPPLY3 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
