Across TCGA cell cohorts, LBHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,428 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LBHD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with LBHD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBHD1-to-partner and partner-to-LBHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by LBHD1-low versus LBHD1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
