LBH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBH-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P20, MIR6760, and RNU6-419P. Each is linked with LBH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBH-to-partner and partner-to-LBH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBH→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
