LAYN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAYN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,500 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDN, DIO3, and EPHA3. Each is linked with LAYN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAYN-to-partner and partner-to-LAYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
