LATS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LATS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LATS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEN1, GAR1, and UHRF1. Each is linked with LATS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LATS2-to-partner and partner-to-LATS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEN1 grouped by LATS2-low versus LATS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
