LAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,542 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, NCF2, and NCF4. Each is linked with LAT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAT2-to-partner and partner-to-LAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAT2 versus MYO1F in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
