LAT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,661 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT3, SAMSN1, and STK10. Each is linked with LAT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAT2-to-partner and partner-to-LAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAT2 versus FERMT3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
