LAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP12, RNU6-62P, and RN7SKP195. Each is linked with LAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAT2-to-partner and partner-to-LAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP12 grouped by LAT2-low versus LAT2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
