LAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,482 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMIZ2, SMURF2, and LIF. Each is linked with LAT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAT2-to-partner and partner-to-LAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAT2 versus ZMIZ2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
