Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,600 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Protein localization to plasma membrane, and Negative regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with LAT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAT2-to-partner and partner-to-LAT2 results are reported.
