protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,101 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, MFNG, and PIK3IP1. Each is linked with LAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAT-to-partner and partner-to-LAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
