LAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAT mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,047 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD3, RHBDL1, and PPP4C. Each is linked with LAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAT-to-partner and partner-to-LAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
