Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LASP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LASP1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LASP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LASP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where LASP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
