LASP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,638 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, IL16, and LHFPL6. Each is linked with LASP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LASP1-to-partner and partner-to-LASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LASP1 versus FLI1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
