LASP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with LASP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LASP1-to-partner and partner-to-LASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by LASP1-low versus LASP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
