Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,631 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYPC, NEXN, and CCNDBP1. Each is linked with LARS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARS2-to-partner and partner-to-LARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARS2 versus GYPC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
