LARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 199 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD1C, DEFB105A, and IFNA7. Each is linked with LARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARS2-to-partner and partner-to-LARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1C grouped by LARS2-low versus LARS2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
