LARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 14-3-3_epsilon, and eIF4E. Each is linked with LARS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARS1-to-partner and partner-to-LARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by LARS1-low versus LARS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
