LARP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,634 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMK2D, CASP6, and NFKB1. Each is linked with LARP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP7-to-partner and partner-to-LARP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARP7 versus CAMK2D in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
