Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,241 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, FLI1, and C16orf54. Each is linked with LARP7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP7-to-partner and partner-to-LARP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARP7 versus CXCR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
