LARP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,747 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP36, GAS2L1P1, and MTND2P23. Each is linked with LARP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP7-to-partner and partner-to-LARP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP36 grouped by LARP7-low versus LARP7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
