LARP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A, SPATA48, and PRM1. Each is linked with LARP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP7-to-partner and partner-to-LARP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCO5A grouped by LARP7-low versus LARP7-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
