Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LARP1BP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LARP1BP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LARP1BP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LARP1BP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, OV, and UCS are the cancer types where LARP1BP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
