Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP1BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,196 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARP1BP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome separation, Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with LARP1BP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-LARP1BP1 results are reported.
