LARGE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARGE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,863 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARGE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, CRMP1, and TPI1_S80. Each is linked with LARGE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE1-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARGE1 versus SEPTIN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
