Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARGE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,481 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARGE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A6A, NUMB, and RPP38. Each is linked with LARGE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE1-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARGE1 versus MS4A6A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
