LARGE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARGE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARGE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, A-Raf_pS299, and GATA6. Each is linked with LARGE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE1-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by LARGE1-low versus LARGE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
